Winchester XP3 Bullet Question

I used the Winchester XP3 factory ammo this year for moose hunting and actually really like them. Now that I'm looking at reloading I can make my own cartridges but I can't seem to find who makes the XP3 bullet. Does anyone know who makes these?

Also would you recommend the XP3 or would you recommend trying the new Nosler E-Tip?

I would reccomend trying the Barnes Tipped X bullet

Winchester makes them and you cannot buy the bullets for reloading. Just like the Accubond CT's-that Nosler makes for the Winchester Supreme ammo.

FActory ammunition only. I wish I could try the XP3's. But go with the Accubonds or TTSX's for reloading. If not keeping shooting the factory WS XP3 ammo
