In answer to the first question, I think you'll see Winchester selling them again, probably made by Miroku, of high quality, and higher price.

I know Norinco would not put out a quality 94 as for fit and finish is concerned but the steel they use might be as good as or better than the Winchester pre-64's. Everyone seems to like the quality of steel used in the 1911 frames.
