Winchoke question

I read that winchokes and standard invector choke tubes are interchangable. Can anyone confirm this? More specifically I am wondering if invector choke tubes will fit in a Winchester 1300 Ranger with the winchoke system. I realize that invector chokes fit flush with the barrel and winchokes are extended.

According to the Trulock choke web site ... http://www.trulockchokes.com/cgi-bin/eShop/index.cgi ... , Winchester for your gun and browning invector chokes are compatible. They are all available in the aftermarket as extended choke tubes. BTW those old gun maker choke tubes are notoriously poor tubes. I recommend buying a quality aftermarket tube, like Trulock or Briley.
