Will POI shift left/right only base on distance?

I understand the bullet spin and even earth rotation may play a role on extreme long range. How about 100m for .22lr (1070fps)?

My rimfire silhouette rifle zeroed in the windage perfectly for targets under 77m, however, at 100m the group seems 0.75inch to the right. I am not sure is it the wind or my trigger jerk or canted the scope or the nature of bullet path.

The weather isn't cooperating in the past month, I shot too many of my "good ammo" and still cannot come to conclusion. Anyone want to share their experiences?
 
The further you shoot the slower the bullet travels, the bullet is in flight longer so is more affected by weather conditions, any shooting errors are also magnified by any increase in distance.
 
Wind plays a huge role at 100m with the .22
I have a Savage .22WMR which the wind affects less than a LR.
On a windless day (not that often in Alberta) the gun will shoot right around an inch off the bench.
A 5kph wind with gusts to 10 (what we call a calm day around Edmonton) will open the groups to 1.5 or 2".
Spin drift and coriolis (effect of earths rotation) doesn't come into play till 1000m+
 
Bullet rotation has an effect on POI with 22 in the wind even at 50m. With right hand twist the impact will be displaced to the left and up relative to the strength and value of the wind from the right and down and right relative to a wind from the left. Caused by the bullet either riding on the wind from the right or spoiling the air over it with left winds. But due to the inexactness of atmospheric conditions, there is no predicting effects without actually shooting in the condition and documenting it for future reference.
The relevance of this is also dependent on the precision requirement. Hitting the bull on an ISSF 50m bull or an X on the 'green meanie' is quite different than minute of gopher.
