Windham weaponry AR's. Anyone have issues with their AR's from this company. Everything I have heard about this rifle is all good but you never see bad reviews on U-Tube. Thanks in advance.:rockOn:

I own a Bushmaster that was made from them back in the old days, I put well over 5000 rds through before upgrading it for fun, I now have well over 10000 rds through it without any malfunctions. Ran a few 30rds through it and used the upper to test some FA all in a legal environment.

That being said they have restarted with the old Bushmaster president/owner founder in the old Windham plant again, so time will tell.

Keep in mind though the AR scene has changed massively since there heydays and with so many top AR manufactures out there they may be behind the curb in many respects, but we will see. Hey they have teamed up with POF so that is a good sign in many respects.

The specs they list are pretty good for the price....I would buy one of there rifles as a gamble over a large host of other AR manufactures out there for a lower end AR. It would not cost much either to bring the rifle up a few notches as well.

Just make sure you get F/A BCG and buffer tube assembly on your lower to start with. If they don't come with those you may as well just get a DD or LMT rifle instead to name a few.

Prices seem to be the same as other below top spec AR rifles. Bushmaster isn't a name I have ever liked. Then there is the not so cool roll mark logo of Windham Weaponry.

Personally I'd look at Armalite, Stag, LMT, Daniel defence etc before buying one. Watch for deals and get a know quantity.

It has to be better than a Norinco CQ4 which I own. I have over 2000 rds through it without a problem. It's like they say, whoever they are, you can never have enough AR's. lol
Thanks again:sniper::sniper:

Since you already own a Norinco as your first AR, why go with another starter AR why not just save up for something like a LMT or PWS?
