At least: different lot.

At most: different lot # - diff. vintage - diff. alloy - diff. heat treating - diff. plant - diff. internal dimensions - diff. primer pocket dimensions - diff. neck wall thickness variations - etc...

Yes they are different but more than likely in imperceptably small ways and can probably be interchanged.
