I am Organizing a group purchase from Higginsons we need to order a minimum of 21 pounds in order to obtain free shipping. There is $15.00 dangerous good tab that we will simply divide up among those that participate regardless of the amount of powder purchased.

Greentips has given me permission to organize this on CGN - CGN is only providing a point of communication - CGN is not responsible for any logistics or money transfer.

This will be a cash upfront deal. I work near Notre Dame and McPhilips and I live in Niverville. Folks who chose to participate can meet me at my house, or near by my work.

Id like to have the order in ASAP so dont think about this too long...

FYI - the shipping cost alone on 4 pounds of powder is 55 dollars plus 15 dollars dangerous goods. Hitting that 21 pound free shipping mark is a pretty big deal.

dont think about it too much longer, the deadline to order is friday... i want to be collecting money on monday and ordering asap...
 
just an update...

we have reached the 21 pound target...

just waiting till friday to be sure we give everyone a chance to see the post and choose to participate.

there is one person who has PM'ed me who has not given me their order quantities yet... please get that info in to me and confirmed soon.

Im told that the price sheets are accurate - so to figure out what you owe, add it all up, add GST only (No PST) plus 2 dollars each for the hazmat fee ( figure its only fair that I should pay only a dollar for the hazmat :) )

I'll send out a PM with my contact details to all the names above...

Id like to get the money in by tuesday and be ordering wednesday morning...
 
Today is the deadline folks !!!

You should have all received a PM with your order and total including GST and Hazmat - in addition - a couple of you who ordered brass will see an additional shipping charge as brass and items other then powder are shipped separately.

I want to get the order in Tomorrow (wednesday) morning !!!

I emailed the order in a few minutes ago - I'll give them an hour or so and call in to verify things are good and hopefully verify any price list discrepancies.

BTW folks, this is the level of communication people can expect from me during an EE purchase - informed, every step of the way ;)
 
Spoke with Higginson today -

they are out of HP38 Umlaval we'll square up later.

Some of the other powders are out of stock but will restock on friday - so we know for sure that the order will not ship much before monday.

I suspect its going to be 2 weeks before we have our powder :(
