Winnipeg Gun Clubs

Where are all the gun clubs in Winnipeg, particularly for handguns? I heard there was a range in the Fort Garry area and one downtown where you can shoot with the police but I've never found them.

There are three handgun clubs in Winnipeg:

Th Firing Line , The Winnipeg Revolver and Pistol Association , and the Gateway Gun Club

I'm a member of the Firing Line and though many feel its an expensive club it's one of the nicest indoor ranges that I've shot at. Well maintained, good ventilation, warm in the winter and clean.

If you come by on a Wednesday night between 6:30 and 7pm there will be shooters there who can let you in to check it out.

If you guys are just getting into it I definately recommend the Selkirk Game and Fish. (just outside of selkirk)... its a bit of a drive but its a really nice range. and decently cheap for new shooters.

Also a lot of the MDPL (Manitoba Defensive Pistol League) matches are ran out there anyways so
