My Great Uncle worked as a railway guard. He used to lift the seat cushions and lay out his uniforms.

He was pleased one day to have Winston use the compartment and sit on the seat.

He would boast that Winston Churchill pressed his trousers.

That cigar is a piece of history and in that condition, it wont smoke worth a sh*t.

Even a preserved cigar loses its taste over the years.

What a great conversation starter for your fathers memory.

It is for future generations to enjoy and learn from.

I also have a Thompson 1928 (with drum mag), similar to the one in the picture. Too bad I can't make a BIG shadow box to hold the picture, gun and cigar...
