Wipe-Out Foam vs. Liquid

After using Patch Out, liquid or foam, and you are happy with your results, clean your rifle again with your old cleaning fluid.

The Reliable Gun sale was in full swing by the time I arrived, and they'd sold out of the foam so I grabbed two of the last remaining liquid Wipe-Out bottles. As long as it works, it doesn't really matter how it gets applied.

So you just shoot the cleaning residue out???? I suspect you meant the protracted scrubbing process associated with other cleaners??

Your suspicion is correct. I wipe out the foam after 30 mins or so.

I find the liquid solvent adds more steps and can create more of a mess, so I stick with foam.
