Bit late to this but I'd say give Harley a shout. He's done all my rigs over the past I dunno, 10 years and they're all hammers.

My friend and shooting partner had a Bartlein barrel done by Insite Arms. It hammers and the machining is so good you can’t even see the line where the muzzle protector comes off 1.25” x26” straight taper.

Thats kinda true, Insite are still open but I can no longer see any Gunsmithing services listed (Harley being the Gunsmith).

It is indeed a shame as his work was excellent. Harley spun up the barrel on the best shooting rifle I own, its light years better than the next one on the list.
