Nope, he’s set up his own shop, MOF accuracy systems.

Insite no longer has a smith on staff.

Same! I won’t let anyone else touch my rifles. Harleys done probably 8-10 barrels for me over the years.

Off the top of my head, I'm sure Corlanes in Northern B.C. can help you, Henry Remple in Langdon, Paul Cook of PR Precision in Whitecourt, Keith Cunningham in Ontario ( Kawartha area) Jason Spencer in Ottawa all are quite capable of doing that kind of work .

They threw the towel in after being kicked in the face by the Liberals every day for the last 10+ years.

Tactical Ordnance in ON, Casey does good work and I believe he has built M40 clones before.

Casey does do great work, he is solid with his timelines and is easy to work with.

Never had any precision gun work done with him but have had him upgrade 3 shotguns and every experience has been good.

Harley (when he was with Insite) built my 6BR and it is easily the most accurate rifle I own.

The next best is still a good shooter but it's not even close to the level of that 6BR. Consistently a 0.25 MOA gun.
