WIW Winchester Model 70 Sporter Varmit

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but here goes.

I inherited a Winchester Model 70 Sporter Varmint in 22-250. I'm not sure of the build date but its probably from the mid 90's It serial is a G204**** from what I can find that shows 1992 manufacture. The barrel measures .696" at the muzzle not sure if this is the heavy barrel version or not. Currently has a Bausch and Lomb Elite 3000 on it. Its just collecting dust in the safe currently so I'd like to move it along but no idea what to ask for it.

I’d say 650-7 for the rifle alone if it’s in nice condition. Pretty solid value in the model 70’s but they just don’t sell for much for whatever reason

Assuming 3x9 $150 is correct, on a varmint rifle I'd expect to see a 5-15 or 6-24 which would be worth more.

I have used a 3-9X for years on my rifles for coyotes over bait set at 200 meters, and as a walking varminter . The power range works very well for an all around optic..
