Same Here!! If they think i am going to pay more, I want ALL my money Back! If Not i will Let the credit card people deal with them! I ordered Feb 9th, and was told by Tenda by email, that i have, that my order was in the first order!

They told me i can cancel my preorder for store credit
 
Pre-orders should be banned. They take your money use it for who knows what then let people wait, and also change prices, cancel pre-orders and force people to take store credit. No where in their pre-sale did it say that they reserve the right to change prices as they want, then we should reserve the right to charge interest on the 1000$ they have been holding for the past 8 months.

You ordered on Feb 6 and have had it for a month, I ordered Feb 9th, and still waiting... this is what Tenda emailed me:
The ETA we received is late May to early June. It will be the first shipment in Canada: )#

Yup. Wolverine called me Sept 7th and I had it in my grimy paws on the 13th
 
Other stores are giving away the rifle or have left overs and here we wait with no updates. Maybe Tenda was one the retailers that didn't pay their bill?
 
I'm getting rather fed up too... all Tenda responds with is "production delays". During the presale we were told these were due by May/June and "were the first batch of rifles"... now several other stores have fulfilled their pre-orders and are selling them retail, yet Tenda has no idea where they are on the list? I'm starting to have grave concerns...
 
They replied to a Facebook thread last night... not sure why they ignore CGN! Here is their post:

"Tenda Canada Inc Hello, we are filling the pre-orders until Mid-February 2018 at the moment. It will be a big shipment coming in January. We will be contacting all the pre-orders once it's ready for ship or pick up."

I've called... They just say that they're working on February orders, and are expecting a large shipment which will clear up all backorders in early January. They seem to use CGN and FB to post announcements, but aren't much for communication beyond that.
