Just got the Wk 180c today. New gun. There is alot of slop between the upper and lower. Possible fix?

Slop won't affect function, but if you're like me, it can be dang annoying! I found a Canadian fix for this problem. Wrap one layer of a very thin strip (like a couple of mm), of hockey grip tape around the base of the lug on the bottom of the upper. You may need to experiment a bit to get the right fit. Mine is tight as a drum now. No wiggle at all.

Has anybody tried using an accuwedge to deal with slop? Just curious.

I've looked at it ? But best I can figure is slice it into strips then lay in lug pocket..
Same result as the foil tape

With quality ammo and a 200 yard zero this is a great coyote gun. Put a Mlock bipod adaptor on it and a 9-27” bipod and getcalling coyotes

If you want to use stanag 7.62x39 mags then you simply use the WK-180c lower and a WK-181 upper

I put in a hiperfire EDT... Very easy install. Same as AR but you will need to reuse the original longer trigger and hammer pins as the wk180 is wider than a regular AR.
There is a thread that talks about all the different triggers that people have installed

interesting. I thought only non cassette style works in our WKs. Does that mean any and all cassette style drop in trigger option will work?
