My WK180C factory handguard screws loosens after each range session. The cheap screws cannot handle the recoil and back out, making the handguard come loose. Any ideas on how to permanently tighten the handguards? I used blue loctite but it seems the barrel heats them up and they still come loose. Should I get the TNA handguard?

Try red loc-tite, or even epoxy resin (not glue). Both can be loosened with heat for removal if needed (use torch carefully).

Stock handguard allows movement in many directions. (poop).

The TNA hanguards are perfect. Clamps tightly without tightening :d, they really stays in place when tightened (I used 5nm.).

Cheers,

You may also want to get and adjustable gas block when True North Arms finishes their redesign and starts to sell them again. You could dial the gas down so its less punishing on your components, and then dial it up if you ever run into adverse ammo or conditions.

Try some fingernail polish, I found it holds better than blue locktight and it’s removable without heat.

One trick a guy showed me was to use red locktite on the screws aong with a single magpul XTM rail pannel which would bridge the gap between upper rail and handguard rail. That rail pannel should prevent forward movement or rotation
