Incoming WK180C.... I’m not a fan of the milspec buffer tube and wanted to tinker.

I’ve ordered the WRA ACR adapter ... however I can’t source an ACR stock :(

Does anyone know of a vertical rail adaptor for use with Sig MPX style stocks?
Any other folding options would be great.

Someone modded a folding VZ stock. You may want to let Spectre Ballistics know you're interested in a rail adapter; they were planning on making one for their LPC manual action modular rifle; if they were intending to use the stock tube (no buffer spring required or even possible with that firearm) socket as the attachment point, it should work for the WK as well, and interest from the WK owner's community may increase their likelihood of creating it. Here's the thread, to ask if their adapter would work with any stock tube socket.

This has been a real helpful thread. I will go with the ACR stock option for now.

However the Sig MCX/MPX stock options are great as well.
The ACE stocks are always good, anyone try the LAGE Mfg stocks?

Will post pictures when done!

that arizona importer has folding lage stocks w pic rail attachment in stock in canada. they also have an ace to AR adapter. cut off everything but the threaded portion of the buffer tube, thread into your receiver, then thread the adapter onto that. then you can bolt on ace, lage, etc. but yeah, if brownells ships to canada then the kns adapter seems a no-brainer.

I'd put an A2 stock on it. Wouldnt know what to do with the buffer and spring though.

The A2 is a natural choice for the AR180 platform. However since the buffer tube (no spring) is used to reduce cost, I would be removed replaced with a lighter folding option. A2 folding options (any buffer tube folder) is bulky

LOP with an A2 is really, really long. Tried it. Also tried an Ace ARFX.

ACE AKFX?
There is a lng and a normal length.

Nope, the standard-length ARFX. With the WK's long receiver design behind the pistol grip, plus the AR stock adapter it comes with, any A2 or even A1-length AR stock is too long, IMO. The short version of the ARFX would probably be decent. The ACR adapter is also too long, in my opinion... I was planning to go that route after giving up on the A2, A1, and ARFX options I already owned, before I went with the Vz stock.

I’ve received my ACR stock and RWA adapter. RWA was so fast and I’m impressed with the quality of the mount.
... now just to receive my rifle!!!!

Are Range Warrior Accessories running again? Haven't seen them post since 2019, and people on the forum said the crew had shifted to oil field work.

Would their the stock adapter for the ACR work with the WS-MCR, or is the back too different in that firearm?

I've wondered the same thing... i E-mailed them a while ago and they weren't certain but thought it'd probably work. I'm sure they'd let you return it if it doesn't fit (as long as it's not damaged). The hardest part seems to be tracking down an ACR stock. It's def what i'd like to put on my buddy's MCR.
