WK180C stock options and adapters.

Nope, the standard-length ARFX. With the WK's long receiver design behind the pistol grip, plus the AR stock adapter it comes with, any A2 or even A1-length AR stock is too long, IMO. The short version of the ARFX would probably be decent. The ACR adapter is also too long, in my opinion... I was planning to go that route after giving up on the A2, A1, and ARFX options I already owned, before I went with the Vz stock.

Thats sad to hear. I was hoping some sort of A1 or A2 stock arrangement would work.
Maybe a Troy "clubfoot" stock is shorter for use on this rifle.

Thanks for all the great tips and info guys!

  • RWA ACR adapter
  • ACR stock
  • Guntec barrel shroud
  • Black slate industries mlok rail covers
  • Vortex SparcAR

Given that the OEM rail has access to the gas block, I’ll wait for a 15-16” rail for this thing. Waiting for my brass deflector, otherwise my first iteration of this thing. Canadian made is good.

Just a note that I ordered direct from RWA website. Great service, coms and shipping. Contrary to what I heard, they are very much in business.

The help from CGN was great. Not my preferred platform, but it will do. Let’s hope this platform grows in popularity and more aftermarket support.

KNS buffer to pic rail adapter with an MCX folder stock, works great!

Ordered the adapter from Brownells

This looks like a great setup! Is it front heavy?

Great to hear they are still in business! They used to post on here and Youtube, but haven't heard from them in a while, and people had said they were focussing on the oilfield. With the oilfield not doing so well, it would make sense they got back into the gun business :)

Seeing as the 180 is the only game in town right now; It might be a good time for RWA to bring back their high-end rifles.

I spoke to RWA to ask if they had considered being a subcontractor to make WS-MCRs or WK180Cs given that all that are made are being bought.

Apparently Kodiak and Woveine turned them down.

We don't know why they turned this offer down but its obviously very dissapointing at a time when literally more than ever we need more NR rifles to be made they said no.

The Calgary Shooting Centre currently has one of their 300 Blackout full firearms and a 7.62x39mm WK-180C compatible upper in stock. Do you know if they are continuing making their own firearms using the NoDak Spud lower, and WK180-C compatible uppers?

Had anyone tried to fit a PDW stock like the Troy Tomahawk on these guys yet?
Not sure if the geometry of the firearm would allow it. You would have to buy it from a place that you could easily return it to to know for certain.

That's awesome! I just got a WK180C myself the other day and I'm thinking about upgrade. I'd love to put an ACR stock on... where did you find an ACR stock?

Range Report. After all the COVID range closures. Managed to get time in on the Kodiak. Shoots like an AR180B. Unfortunately after 100 rounds issues with extraction. New rifle. Good ammo. However it is what it is.

OK. This thread isn’t over yet... short of the KNX adapter is there an readily available ACE stock ready stock adapter???

Need a 7.62x39 variant and I’m thinking a skeleton stock would work best. Or MCX stock...
