They look shinier in the stock photo. Are they not chromeish coloured?

I would be concerned if they were chrome like in color since NiB is bronze in color.

Thanx, I still have my spikes on order as they took a non refundable deposit but I'm not waiting. Guess it means I will have to build another AR in the future.

It's a marketing gimmick, all marketing photos of NiB BCG's look like they are chromed, when in fact NiB has kind of faded chrome colour, kind of dull.

I don't work with standard enough, but on metric socket cap screws down to m6, they have the manufacture and grade stamped into the head of the screw.

Standard generally aren't marked.
