I just bought a few hundred rounds of Wolf .45ACP 230gr Lead Round Nose to put through my Norc 1911. First time I had shot anything other than factory jacketed ammo through it, and really haven't shot a lot of .45 ACP in general.
I noticed right away that there was a lot more smoke than normal, and also felt a lot of residue hitting my hands, arms, face. I've shot quite a bit of Wolf 9mm before and hadn't really experienced that.
Is this the norm for this particular Wolf ammo?
