Wolf ammo in .38 special

Does anyone know the specifics of these two:

148 grain FWC, and 148 grain HBWC

The latter is $130 a case of 1000 more than the former. Why?

Anyone familiar with this ammunition? Velocity? Recoil?

I am looking for some target ammunition with light recoil for punching paper at 20 m

Ive shot a bunch of wolf in my gp100, before I started reloading my own +p rounds. I was using 158grain swc but if the powder is similar the accuracy was acceptable and recoil negligible.

The difference in price is confusing. Are both projectiles lead??

Looks like the fwc is out of stock. Wondering if the higher price is the new rate?
