Not in my experience - ordered bullets (w/credit card) never received or charged. Enquiries met with major attitude and "don't email me again". Buyer beware.

Well,
I am off work this week. Been trying to get a hold of this Wolfgang guy on the phone for 2 days, called about 30 times. Left a message.
His website is not secure so there's no way I'll leave my visa# on it. Sending it through email isn't recommended either.
Turned out he was out of town. Could have changed his answering machine message.

I've fired several hundred rounds of .45 ACP and no problem, but I load my own now. He's a knob to deal with, dosen't want to talk to you unless your buying 1000's at a time, and it's convient for him :puke:
 
I find his loads tend to dirty my guns fast. I wonder what powder he uses?

The accuracy is OK for shooting steel plates, but because of the mix & match brass he uses, paper punching is only so-so acurate. Functioning has always been OK with his loads.

Haven't bought anthing from him since I started rolling my own.

I'm sorry about your experience. I've ordered 9x19, 40 S&W and 38 Spl from him. Had two rounds from the same box get stuck in the bbl of my 686. Yikes! However, Wolf was exceptional in refunding my money plus shipping in a timely fashion. I agree the ammo can be dirty but I would deal with him in a heartbeat.

Bought a 1000 rounds of .40 last summer, no problems. Now I just buy cast bullets for re-loading ( 5000 so far) and absolutely no problems. I find that for whatever reason they feed better than DRG with less leading.
 
A friend of mine had 2 double charged loads in a box of .38spl. Didn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence, but that's just one person's experience
 
I've ordered and used over 3000 rds .45LC and 1000 rds of .45ACP from him. No problems.
Sometimes more burnt powder residue on the cases than some other commercial ammo, but for the prices, I can live with that.
Perhaps a tighter crimp?

I had the same experience trying to buy 5000pcs of brass. Wouldn't return phone messages or e-mails. :confused:
 
I have purchased thousands of rounds from Wolf - with never a hiccup. Orders shipped within 24-48 hrs, depending on what I was ordering. Consistent quality and PF (both 9mm + 45ACP).
