It is made by NPZ from Novosibirsk, dealer in Canada is Westrifle. We had inquired jointly with Westrifle to put bulk order together about 2 months ago however pricing that NPZ gave us on quite substantial order was not sensible. They would cost half the cost of ELCAN SPECTER
