Wolf primers

I've shot the Wolf brand SP,SPM,LR and LRM primers made by Flame Muron of Russian,they make the Wolf/Tula/PMC primers just put them in different packaging.
I haven't had any issues using the primers other than a few that seated hard in the primer pocket in some foreign made brass,but a primer pocket reamer took care of that. There standard primers are just like any others the Magnum and specialty caliber primers are good for Mil-Spec type weapons that have free floating firing pins. To my knowledge and reading on the old Flame site there is no difference between the standard and magnum primer other than cup hardness.
I shoot the cheaper Wolf LRM primes in place of the more expensive CCI #34's in my SKS rifles due to the fact that they have thicker cups and help aid in preventing slamfires. I have read some post of people having issues with light primer strikes and fail to fire in some weapon types with light firing pin strikes. I don't have any of those type firearms so I've not had that issue. When I buy Wolf I get about 10K at a time of various sizes.

Too hard.
With apologies to Ted D., I found the Wolf primers are just too hard in the pistol format.
My G17 and my S&W M&P mostly ignited them, but some of the primers were just too hard to ignite and became a reliability issue for competition. Since the G17 and the M&P are not second strike triggers, that mean ejection of the round for another.
Also, for pure PPC revolver actions that are tuned for Federal SP primers, the Wolf primers would be a must to avoid. I guess it all comes down to the reliability and aggravation factor. Instead of 2 cents a for a Wolf primer, a Federal or Winchester SPP is 3.7 cents each....
