Hi guys , I am new to the sport amd I have lots to learn about . I just bought two 50 rounds of Wolf reloaded lead 9mm amo , I have herd storys about reloaded amo like how if a round is double charged the gun can explode in front of my face is that possible? And has any one had problems like that with wolf reloads? If you guys could help me that would be great thanks .

i've only shot around 500 rounds (9mm, 45acp, 357mag, 44mag) and i didn't have any issues with it at all. the worst thing i could say about their ammo is it was a bit dirty, otherwise no issues. i would bet you have as much chance getting a double charge as you would with factory ammunition.

shoot and enjoy.

I've been shooting Wolf's reload in my pistol w/o a hick up.

Re hot loads. I've never experienced it nor have I heard about it from Wolf, or BDX (another Canadian commercial reloader). Could it be a possibility? Sure, but their quality control seems to be very tight. I wouldn't worry much about it.

I agree with the others, shot several 100 Wolfs in 38, 357 and 45 ACP. It is not like getting "reloads" from some buddy who like to do something productive while he drinks. :)

Thanks Guys it means a lot I always put safety first , I just seen videos of guys shooting there reloads and having there guns blow up and I don't want to see my gun blow up lol but now I realize that I am comparing some one that has no clue on what they are doing where Wolf is professional and Licence Reloader .

Wolf reloads are terrible you don't want them...... just leave them on the shelf and I'll dispose of them for you ;) But all kidding aside I have shot a couple of thousand of the 124 TMJ's and never had a single problem.

Shot a couple hundred 124gr FMJ 9mm a few weeks ago and had bullet setback in 2 or 3 rounds. Crimp could be tighter. Not really a positive experience for me.

They (9MM 124 TMJ's) have been great for me also... no issues, NONE!

Does anyone know roughly what the ballistics are on these?
Just probably normal 9mm spec?
