Any one have any dealings with these guys? Good, Bad? Their website is a mess so I'm looking for references before attempting an order.

Thanks in advance for the feed back.

wolf bullets are ok. website is awful, just like CanadianBDX's.

I had purchased a couple thousand 40s&w bullets, no problem with them.

I have bought his .45's and my glock does not like about 1 in 10. It has a pretty tight chamber in the lone wolf barrel though, I imagine they would work fine if I had a stock glock barrel. Other then that they seem like decent ammo.

If I run the ones that don't chamber through my lee sizing die they all work fine after.

I have been using Wolf .45 acp and .38 special for a couple of years. Good quality stuff,I have only had one bullet (in 3000 rounds) that was not sized properly and failed to chamber. SFRC is handling all his small orders, they are very pleasant to communicate with, fast service, and fair pricing.

Bought 2000 rounds of .38 special direct from Wolf before SFRC took over, and then bought 3000 rds through SFRC. The Ammo is great, never had an issue.

One of the local clubs I am a member of just got an order of 40K from Wolf, it's a mixed bag of 9, 40 38 & 45. Mostly to sell to members of the club and also to feed the clubs 9 & 45.

My past dealings with Wolf (before SFRC became the exclusive small lot distributor) were very good. Email him with a wish list, he responds to tell you how long and how much, you pay the man, he ships your ammo.....

I have yet to have a squib, bad primer or a round that was out of spec with wolf ammo. Personally I have fired off 4K of 9 & 45 of wolf ammo and I just got another 2K this weekend.

Give him a go, I'm sure you will be satisfied.

Cheers!

Is this Wolf the same that supplies reloads? I'm looking for 9mm, 38, 40, 45cal lead slugs. Have shot lots of the Wolf reloads in 38spl and 357mag and like it. Need 9mm lead slugs for steel challenge comp.

yup thats the one.

I had a couple of hundred 135gr 9mm slugs from them, I personally think that Cactus plains puts out a simular product..... Not better, and not worse.... but they seem to be in more 'normal' weights with Cactus.

You should be able to get Cactus Plains bulltes in AB, the guy who makes them is in Gull Lake SK.

Cheers!
