Wolverine Supplies

Me too, repeatedly. Same with Questar, P&D and a couple others. All first rate, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them to friends too. Fact is that sometimes they are the only guys that have what I want in stock. Other times they have had sweet deals that you just can't say no to.

The only Gunnutz supplier I have had problems with is Marstar and they get a 'Marstar Sucks' thread every couple of months and twice on Sundays. I dunno why the management defends them, but I suspect somebody has naked pictures of somebody's wife with a goat or something! HAR HAR HAR!

It is OK to chit the bed and have a bad day fellas. How they recover from it is the kicker and I will bet a dollar to a donut the folks at Wolverine will step up every time if they are indeed in the wrong of it. The idiots at Marstar just bluster and bloviate and refuse to own up - which is why I deal with others.

Just sayin' - that is my experience, your mileage may vary.
 
I have purchased numerous rifles and gear from Wolverine....nothing but great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

In fact, they are my first choice unless someone can undo the 15 perfect purchases over a 6 year period I have completed with them...

In all fairness to original poster, wouldn't feel comfortable putting money down with indefinite delivery. If there was a 'not here by x we'll refund your deposit' clause, that might be fair to both sides.
 
I have dealt with Wolverine many times (I think I should be part owner by now), and would highly recommend them. I have only once had things not run 100% smoothly, but they rectified the problem immediately, which is what good retailers do when things go bad.
 
just had my first order with them, excellent customer service, and very fast shipping, will be doing business with them again in the future definitely! :D

I'll chime in here and say that I've had nothing but excellent service from both Questar and Wolverine.

I have also ordered from Marstar and while I waited a long time for my Poly M305, I knew what I was getting into and did not expect it to be fast.

It has been my experience that great customer service does not always happen in retail, but when enough voices chime in to say that they had a great experience, the odds are that bad service is not the norm.
 
Why kill this post? All of us at Wolverine love it! Firstly I must thank all of you for all the very positive comments we have received. I have a great staff who all work extremely hard and Wolverine’s success is due entirely to their efforts.

I believe very strongly in the freedom of the press and the right to free speech. What happened here is that a disgruntled customer decided to attack my business publicly, not only publicly but anonymously and on MY PAGE that we pay for. It was very satisfying to sit back and watch many satisfied customers rush to our defence.

As I believe in free speech I will not kill this thread while it remains so popular. Should the OP post an apology here, (we all have bad days, that was obviously one of his) I will lock the thread as soon as it is brought to my attention and delete the whole thread a week after that.

Just got a message from wolverine supplies that my special order part is in! Another great experience with wolverine. I even have a separate email folder just for purchases from them. :D
 
I'V been looking for a place to order a Henry Golden Boy, and after seeing all the great feedback for Wolverine I think I found who I'll be going with!

If the OP was of moral character to offer an apology or even offer specifics about his bad experience, he would have done it by now. John, I have spend a ton of money over the years buying from you, your service and happy customers are the best advertising and yes, it's free. I don't think anything is gained by waiting for the OP to respond anymore but it's your call.

I have to add to this thread , I have ordered a number of different firearms , red dots , scopes , mags. From these guys without a problem.
The pricing is always a few dollars under everyones.
 
Just bought a sig 226 Platinum Elite from Wolverine and they were great to deal with. Beat the competition even by a couple dollars. Nothing but great things to say!!!! :}
 
Having never purchased anything from this dealer .....I did hear from my brothers friends roommate sister's fathers cousin 3 times removed that there were proplems with them.
