Wolverine Supplies

I have only dealt with Wolverine Supplies once so far, but the quality of their customer support is top notch. Fast, concise communication made dealing with them a real pleasure. My package arrived well before the estimated time of arrival.

I think that the OP likely exhibited poor communications skills and was written off, judging by the quality of the original post.

What he saidThk

Wolverine is absolutely TOP SHELF. I do not hesitate to recommend their services to friends, family and strangers. That we are even viewing and discussing this point is ridiculous.

Interesting....I went to the Wolverine website where they advertise the best SKS's ever seen by them...and they do look good...Sent an email asking about them, year, quality, cosmoline etc...and then they said they couldn't tell me cos they would have to order one for me...Excuse me...My impression was that these rifles were stocked...I know enough about web buying now that I will never deal with anyone who advertises in stock and then tells me they have to order...Been there done that...Too many asscaps...Bye Bye Wolverine.

I too, personally dealt with them a few times (I think 6-8+), bought a few guns from them - GREAT experience EVERY single time, be it placing an order, info provided, shipping, packaging, how fast whole process went, and their staff that were a pleasure to deal/speak with!!

hahaha, i kept reading thru this thread to see if maybe one person has had a legitimate beef with wolverine supply, and this is what i get, some guy who wanted to buy an sks that turned out to be sold out, and he says he'll never shop there again because of it, nice :p

john and the crew must be getting a kick out of this thread :D

btw, this might sound creepy, but for some reason i picture them all hanging out around the store, a scotch in one hand while cradling one of those fine antique firearms that make up decor of the shop in the other.

i would imagine whoever is holding the lahti 20mm must be getting some serious arm strain :p

well.... theres the door...

probably due to "once burnt, twice shy"..........as a previous business owner and banker one knows that successful business owners only make special orders with full payment in advance...........too many things can go wrong like the guy who cancelled his $6000 rifle order last month on here due to illness.......very sad but i do not believe these businesses on here are charitable organisations witht his as their modus operandi..........special orders are non returnable and at worst cost money to deal with............

additionally you show me a business that can predict the mail, CFO, RCMP, interent, weather, illness and multiple other unforseen potential delays/problems.........and i will show you a liar...............

sounds to me as if Wolverine knows what they are doing..................if i called you up with no collateral and did not know you and had no recourse and asked you to special order it for me i doubt you would be able to or willing to meet your own demands................or take the risk.............

Hilarity. Off to Moreguns you go then. I am sure they will find you the dream SKS you are looking for.

I have talked to alot of different employees at Wolverine over the last couple of years and they are a very professional people keep up the Great service.

Place operates like a three ring S#it show. Phoned get pricing, played 64 questions, an three different staff, then they had the balls to ask for cash up front on a purchase with a indefinite delivery date.

STUPID is supposed to be fatal, but we spend countless resources to protect IDIOTS from being the cause of their own demise. Occasionally a ray of sunshine comes through an STUPID manages to do the job it was intended to do.

Beware your own sage wisdom there Skippy. Me thinks you may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer;)

Just a casual observation... the OP sh*t the bed on the first post and hasn't been back. Curious....

Sounds very strange to me as I have had zero issue's and made several purchases and received outstanding top notch customer service. Super smooth transactions....

You know what on second tought I agree with the OP, Wolverine sucks. First of all I didn't even receive a bottle of Loctite when I bought my xcr... the manual states that it is needed with the gun yet nothing from Wolverine. When I purchased a parts kit for the rifle it did not come with a firing pin or a bolt stop and they ONLY sent me a firing pin free of charge, no bolt stop WTF!!!

Now I can get passed all that but what pissed me off most was the wait time...bought a gun on monday (restricted) and only got it the next monday. God damn Wolverine 7 days to ship a gun from Ab to QC...C'mon... At least they had the decency to give free shipping with it...

This thread has been very good positive advertizing for Wolverine Supply as it seems 99% seem very very pleased with their service. That is simply an outstanding record.Congratulations to the guys and gals at Wolverine Supply for running such an outstanding business.

Myself i have never bought from wolverine, although my wife has for something for me, not only was she completely happy, they explained it great detail about the product she was buying for me (a gift).

I would happily buy from them in the future

I bought a stripped lower from Wolverine - (ie a restricted firearm) had it in just a few days (less than 1 week, end to end), people wait longer in their local stores, and that included shipping halfway across the country. I think the OP has "issues" with reality.
