why use live chat when I can just call and talk to a real person?
Seems silly , but does appear to be the way the world is turning.

Sounds like your live chat is an actual person and not some AI algorithm like alot of sites are using
 
I’ve used it .....and found that it is really great!!!
Knowing that when I call or email wolverine supplies or use the chat I know I’m talking to a person that has a knowledge of guns and what works with what ......those people know there stuff!!
I enjoy spending my money there ......what a bunch of great people there ....

I hadn't even noticed the feature, yet. I think that it is an awesome idea, though. I look forward to using it!

Also who answers it at 2 am when I don't know which gun I need to buy? ;)
 
It's great. I reached out for info / options on some keymod rail sections for my xcr and the person I spoke with let me know what he used as well as what he suggested and why (even if it wasn't something you currently had in stock). Will definitely use it again.
