Actually a lot worse than that. Apparently you can enter the draw without buying a patch. So who knows what the actual odds are. Shame. I still bought a patch but was disappointed to see that fine print. Doesn't seem right to give someone a chance at the draw if they do not donate to STARS.

Just legalities. I can guarantee that your chances are 1 in 1000 at this point if they all sell out. No one has been shallow enough to get an entry without the patch.

ordered 2 more. As a nurse who works in remote nursing stations in the north I use these types of services for patient transport often... they are essential for people in these areas to receive care and treatment in a timely manner that is simply not available in small communities.
 
Ordered another one. Hopefully they are all gone by the weekend!! I'm very surprised it took this long to get 1,000 donations.
