If more than ten then she is guilty by all means. Between 5 and 7 and if authorities prove she was using scarf in semi auto mode for hunting and those scarf beads dont fit on any pistol she is screwed.
Next thing you know any umbrella will be prohibited around ducks in park. Scarfs are probably gone, just forget them unless you had them registered before May 1898. Next time you see someone using shish kabob stick in restaurant by all means take it away from him before they do something stopid with it.
It would be nothing worse than someone gets run over with barbecue. I cant eat only vegetables man...

Actually not always the case. Many are trapped in the wild and trained, not all are captive bred and human oriented.
