Just for nostalgic sake, back in the late 70s, I owned a 340 in 30-30. Nothing special other than it had a substantial crack in the wrist that was i repaired with Brownells bedding compound. The crack was on the right side about mid-wrist and approximately halfway through (i.e. had been laying on it's right side and heavy weight applied to the left side
I'm just wondering if any of the members may have procured said firearm and how it is doing today?
