Hey guys, so I finally started to go through some of the strange stuff that I inherited from my grandfather. He served in the European theater, and brought back some strange stuff. My heart cried when I found out that he traded his Luger for a VHS player in 1982. :( Anyway, I found a wooden bullet in a pile of junk. It has a 06 39 stamped on base. It is a 6.5mm green bullet ... so I am guessing 6.5x55 Swedish???

Does anyone know anything about these? I would guess it is a blank or training bullet... Are they worth anything?

Swedes trained with special muzzle attachments fixed on their rifles designed to shred wooden bullets, enabling live fire exercises of sorts
