Wood Bullet? Green tip?

Hey guys, so I finally started to go through some of the strange stuff that I inherited from my grandfather. He served in the European theater, and brought back some strange stuff. My heart cried when I found out that he traded his Luger for a VHS player in 1982. Anyway, I found a wooden bullet in a pile of junk. It has a 06 39 stamped on base. It is a 6.5mm green bullet ... so I am guessing 6.5x55 Swedish???

Does anyone know anything about these? I would guess it is a blank or training bullet... Are they worth anything?

I've not seen Swedish green wooden bullets, but it's possible I guess..

I ve got ammo with wooden projectiles blue, red, purple,yellowish, evan rolled up paper. All different calibers great fun to collect I have payed .50 to 2.00$ each, full boxes are worth more to the higher end collectors.
