Wood, synth, laminate, SS or blued for you?

I own both blued/walnut and stainless/laminate and use either depending on the use. I hunt with a Ruger 77mkII stainless lh with laminate-the gray stock is nice. I also have a Savage 99c blued/wood. I put a wood stock on my 1022cuz the stock is crap. Actually looks real nice with a wood stock and feel is way nicer too-better heft. I like them all but buy for the use. For wood stocks, I use a linspeed finish all over and swell and warp has been a no-show so far. My $0.02

If I could find a stainless rifle with either laminate or S/S, that is as accurate as any of my old Belian Brownings I'd but it. I'm tired of cleaning off the rust so I've sent 2 of them to Corlane Sporting Goods in Dawson Creek, to be powder coated. I'll see how that works and hopefully it will be the best of both worlds. By accurate, I mean 1/2" groups.
