Damn but they put their steel close.

Mind you there does not seem to be much carnage either.

There's no carnage... Me thinks our cfo's fetish for shrouding steel targets is based on junk science...

As far as proximity to the shooter I know that ipsc likes a min. 10m, but... This ain't ipsc. :D
 
Just got home from MI3gun. Lots of steel shot at with shotgun, rifle pistol and guess what... Not so much as a feeling got hurt :)
 
watching shotgun stages is always painful to watch, no matter how fast they are, the reloads just look slow.
umm where is it Canadian law for 10m for steel?

I'm slow, but there are some shooters who can reload a shotgun incredibly quick...
Of course the guys that are using Saiga's or other mag fed scatter guns are quickest... And the guy runnin' the USAS-12 with the 20 round drum mag well... He doesn't have to worry about reloading..
