Would not throw a rifle out of my safe for wearing one of those!

I love a really nice wooden stock, especially on the parts I hold, but a modern precision rifle needs more of a chassis going, and these seem to hit the sweet spots of both and have a steampunk vibe all their own.

Presumably these would be available for all the popular "Lego for grownups" rifles like the 700, T3x, 10/22 that people tend to tear apart and customize.

These look deadly.

Wondering how they’d hold up in the winter cold where the wood and metal meet. Would it get all loosey-goosey over time? Would expansion / contraction of wood vs metal cause an issue? Genuinely interested, as I think these are dead ###y and want them to be awesome, but it seems the doctrine is that synthetic stocks are better in the field and cold/wet weather vs. wood.

Thoughts?

I think it looks like a truck load of aluminum veered off the highway and hit a tree. But there seems to be enough other people here who like it so I'm sure they will sell.
