Epoxy7, they are just a rifle, not really worth getting hung up on( besides which, they still make them )........but a Farquharson, Savage 99, Brno model 21 or a Waffen Fabrik Oberndorf on the other hand is worth the search, style, class and snob appeal, what more could you ask !

Yes they still make them. As I've found out that can change very quickly. I bought a Winchester Model 70 Coyote from a buddy in 243WSSM. Shortly afterwards they stopped making them. Last year I bought a Kimber SVT in .22. Guess what, they no longer make them. It can change fast.
Today's beater rifle could be tomorrows highly sought after collectable.
I'll post a few of the work Winchester M70 rifles when I get a chance. They also have that very used look. Oh well.

that would be Robertson screw, probably the best design for driving srews ever invented...and iirc developed by the same guy (Robertson) that invented tracer bullets....
and J Stuart, i'm guessing kangaroo control or something similar?
