Working and shooting in another town in Ontario.

Looks like that I will get 6 months contract to work in another town in Ontario.

Can I have some of my handguns at home in Mississauga, and some in another town so I can shoot on local range. If so, what is legal procedure? Thanks. Onty.

In Quebec it's normally one or the other . You would have to move everything for 6 months. to your new address.

In some special case (Normally Security related) they will give you a ATT to store your restricted a 2 places. Here a real exemple the occured in Quebec.
Firearms Owner asked for Att to transport restricted to is week end house, even if the range is a 3h drive from this location. Permit was granted, as he stated it was to protect his Teens from playing with the guns while he was away. Guns were store in a Vault but as he told the CFO, kid get very wise these days and if they ever want something badly they will find a way to get to it. I only want to protect them while I am not home
