Working at S/A during WW2

When do you think that S/A reach it's highest employment during its production of the M1 Garand during WW2 ?

Highest employment probably happend in 44 or so when they started to max out at the amount of firearms produced a month.

Gentlemen,
May 1, 1943 shows the top number of people working at SA. Just after that date people are leaving SA. I hope this data helps.

Wow it was sooner then I would have though, must have started to semi-automate alot of the work to get the man numbers down.
