working up a load for an over-sized bore

Buy some cast 9mm cast bullets that are sized to .357 or .358", don't buy too many at first until you make sure that the loaded round will chamber.
 
I shoot .357 diameter cast in my 92SB and my pair of Sig 226's and it is definitely the way to go. One of my most accurate bullets is a 140 gr LEE SWC designed for .38 spl and .357 mag. You don't have to worry about lining up the crimp groove with the case mouth as with 9mm you are applying a taper crimp rather than a roll crimp. I just seat them to an overall length that will properly feed and chamber in my pistols.

Loads with these bullets are actually more accurate than any jacketed bullet I have tried.
