Hey everyone,
I'm looking into getting a Dillon 650XL with case feeder, and have a workspace question.
First of all I live in an apartment, and don't have a basement or the likes where I can set this beast up. What I do have is a fairly sturdy desk (Ikea Jerker), and coffee table. I'm thinking of bolting the 650XL to a 3/4" thick piece of plywood, and then clamping it with 4 C clamps to either the desk, or coffee table where I'll produce my rounds.
Am I going to have issues with this setup? How stable to I really need this unit to be? (Vague question I know) I don't really have the option of bolting it to the table, as it serves multiple purposes. As you would guess, neither the desk, or the coffee table are bolted to the floor or wall.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Cal.
