Worn chamber solutions?

So I picked up two pump 22's from the early 1900s. Both in decent shape with all the required parts. Shot the win 1906 this week. It shot nice but there is a bit of bulging of the brass right in front of the primer at 12 and 6 o'clock. Looks like the chamber/breech face is worn from many rounds.

So, the rifling is good and the gun groups well. I don't care for the swollen cases tho. What are my options? Wear glasses and shoot it? Have the barrel refined? Is there a way to reline the chamber only? Anyone ever built up a feed ramp area and rechamber current it?

Thoughts?

Anyone in canada relining 22s? Any idea of a cost?

Don't really understand what you are saying. The rims of the fired casings are bulging where there is no support?
Sleeving .22 barrels is pretty straight forward. Catch is getting a liner at a reasonable price. US made, export regulated.
What ammunition are you using? Try standard velocity, if you were shooting high speed.

I wouldn't worry if it's just a little bit of bulging and the gun shoots well. If you have a picture, that may help in determining if there is enough case bulging to be of concern.

^I took that to mean immediately forward of the rim. Sounds like there is a small void (wear/chip) @ the top/bottom of the chamber right where the rim seats against it.

Yes, that is what I am assuming. Not unusual to see chips/notches around the mouth of the chamber.

Thats exactly what it is. There are small chips/wear at the entrance to the chamber. The unsupported brass is flowing into those gaps at 12 (top) and 6 (bottom). I used CCI standard velocity (1045 fps I believe). Going to try some 700 fps ammo and see if it is any better. I'll get a pic so u guys can see it.

U can see the bulging that is shaped like wear at the top and bottom directly in front of the rim. Obviously due to wear over the years.
