Worn finish on 500a?

Subj. Took mine apart today for a good cleaning and noticed this things. It is a line of worn off/flaked off finish where the bolt group (not sure what to call it) slides against the top part. Also had same thing on the side.

Bad picture, i know, but you can see the discoloration between 2 holes. Finish is matte, worn out part is shinny.

Is that really bad or just it breaking in?

It looks like normal wear and tear to me.

Keep it cleaned, lube, use sensible loads and have fun.
