Worried about separating 1F 9mm Brass?

OK, I mostly load ALOT, i mean ALOT of 9mm. So i have a question to the CGN community, For pistol (plinking, and recreational reloading, not Bullseye use)

Do you Care or even Sort out your brass and reload accordingly or just as long as OAL is good, your done?

Maybe.

Most questionable brass, meaning DO NOT reload this crap, is discarded upon examination.
If I have an unknown quantity of 9mm brass that I have been given or come upon, I will have to sort it.
Thinking/hoping that there are sufficient salvagable cases therein, I will do the work reluctantly. My time is valuable.
Most commercial range brass is okay. Any brass that is headstamped WCC or S&B is junk. Don't even think about trying to reload this stuff. Its not worth the crunched primers. For some reason, older Winchester brass that has been reloaded two or three times rarely is good for a 4th reload...

I don't sort ANY pistol brass period.

I do not sort, unless I am looking for Berdan or small primer 45ACP brass.

I sort after loading it, into the different brands. If you don't believe there a difference take 5 of each and do a 10 yard test. I have found a 4 inch difference in point of impact. my 2 cents

I don't bother to sort any of it. Nor do i check length. Tumble it, load it.

Just remove the S&B. It hates primers in a Dillon. I do check length but there is a range due to different brass. ~1.105 for shadow

I have 3 kinds of 9mm brass.

Loaded

Fired

Tumbled

I currently have over 9K of brass, all of it has been loaded at least 2x by me, and it all started out 1x when I aquired it......

Last count I have 8 different head stamps in the mix......
