Of the brass companies, I've used and tested, I'm a F-Class competition. YMMV and my 2cents.
On my worst list, Federal, PRVI, RP, Winchester (inconsistent primer pockets, rough flash holds, inconsistent bass cases within same lot, varying neck thickness, and various brass consistency)
Mid Tier ok in a pinch. Hornady Match, (can be prep to match quality, shoot consistently, but primer pockets loosen very quickly in my experience around 6-7 reloads)
Upper mid-tier Norma, Nosler (Consistent brass, can easily be match prepped)
Best list Lapua, Petersons, Alpha & ADG. (last a long time, can be match prep consistently, very consistent case volume withing same lot#, perfect brass composition for reloading and annealing) If I had to choose I would pick Peterson with a slight edge over Lapua in value and consistency.
