So I just received my winning from the last auction. It's such an unpleasant surprise when I opened the box...

The 2 scopes I got was packed with an iron bipod within a zip-zac without ANY protection. No bubble bag, no foam, not even a paper.
This is the most unprofessional pack I have ever received among all the auctions I participated, especially when considering that Landsborough charged the highest shipping fee among Canadian auctions.

I will not recommend this auction to anyone and advise to avoid it. They charge ridiculous shipping fee (comparing with other auctions) and their stuff won't treat your merchandise seriously.

I won 6 lots and no firearm, I received 2 boxes with 2 shipment charge

My package came canada post and was ripped open. They were hard cases so I let the scratches slide as im going g to scratch the cases anyway
But the shipping is expensive and they include a boxing fee
My order was split between canada post and ups.

Hello,

We're very sorry to hear this has not been up to your expectations. We are sometimes limited based on weight and/or dimension as to how many lots can be packed into a single box. Couriers bill per box, which may be why 2 separate shipping charges show.

Please reach out to us at cs@landsboroughauctions.com with your invoice number and a brief description of this issue and we will look into whether anything was billed incorrectly.

Thank you, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello,

We're sorry to hear about this. Despite our best efforts, once the parcel is picked up by couriers it is outside of our control as to how it is treated.

Please reach out to us at cs@landsboroughauctions.com with your invoice number and a description of the damage so we can look into this.

Thank you, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Never had a problem myself. I recall their packing not being any different than anyone else unless this changed over the last couple auctions.

I've already contacted you about it. I had thought the remaining lots were missing as the canada post package arrived before ups sent a tracking email. Extremely fast shipping and I declined the insurance claim you offered for the scratched up cases.
While I agree the brown paper wasnt sufficient to secure the package and shipping is expensive the service was acceptable and fees are what they are. I got what I wanted at what I feel were acceptable prices.
