Worth to buy high end colector handguns today??

Dont base your life on what could happen, base your life on living it day to day, i find this is the best way, especially after being dead for 7 minutes ( 2 cardiac arrests )... if you go meet your maker, nothing else matter in this material world... JP.

True but not everyone has the disposable income that you do. I sold all my high end handguns, Korth, many HK P7s, Sig 210-5,-6s, Freedom Arms etc etc. Partly due to the political climate but mostly due to the fuddifaction of our ranges and fellow Canadians. Bottom line, it suck being a Canadian firearm owner:( Now if I live in the US, I would have a ####load of suppressed select fire toys with CCW and open carry:p

I like 3000$ (tax included) Swiss Luger but with Left Wing Extremists in power today I am afraid to invest in a pistol that can be prohibited and have later a value of 300$ like pistols from today prohibited class.
Opinions ???

The only 12(6) Luger your going to get for $300 dollars is a non-matching shooter at an auction where no other 12(6) holders showed up...unfortunately the guy standing beside me had 12(6) and $350 (nice ones sell for over $1k regardless of the 12(6) designation). A Swiss Luger may loose a bit of it's value if the current government took a page from the Allan Rock playbook, but I highly doubt any elected Canadian Government is going to seize anything unless you're being busted for something else. Just for a reality check, Vladimir Lenin could be called a left wing extremist, the current government is a slightly left leaning party of the center...

Slightly left leaning party in Canada is Conservative Party only. A Left wing party does not need to send you to Political Prison to qualify for extremism, is enough to practice Social Engineering of society and Liberals ar champions in this matter.
