would a CZ shadow fit in a Pelican 1170 Case?

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask but know lots of Shadow owners would be here..
Looking to upgrade my travel case (single pistol is all i need) & would like to find out if anyone is currently using a Pelican 1170 case.. or should i consider Pelican 1200 case.

the 1170 is
INTERIOR (L x W x D)
10.54" x 6.04" x 3.16" (26.8 x 15.3 x 8 cm) which is the style i prefer ... i think the length would be okay.. but width looks like it could be cutting it close.
just wondering if anyone out there has or is using the same model for their Shadow..

Just checked my CZ and agree the width would be too tight for me as 6" wide would only give a quarter inch of clearance on top and bottom..

Not sure what the pricing is on the 1170 is but I just got a couple of Boyt single cases for around $49.00 u.s. shipped free and the size and construction is great.

Take a look at the Tool Cases Princess Auto offers, The one you want is on sale right now. I have two of the sn=maller cases and one of the 22" ones and could not be happoer. They may not be Pelican but they at substantially less money for not much less of a case.

They have 2 cases on for $59 if your interested.
 
So I ended up purchasing the 1200 model from Pelican at a local store that i had a GCard from.. thanks for the input everyone. Its definite upgrade from my previous case.
I like the size.. my Shadow fits perfectly & the case fits in my range bag (CED Deluxe)..
