Needing to check the trigger pull on a newly acquired pistol, and wouldn't you know it, it about the only thing I don't have kicking around. Does anyone in the GTA happen to have one for borrow? Collateral would be left of course, but buying one would certainly be surplus to my needs these days.

If anyone is willing to lend a hand to an honest CGN-er, I would be so greatly appreciative. Plus, it would be great to meet some of the locals.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Cheers.

a bucket and some string. point up, wrap string around trigger and bucket handle. begin to fill bucket with water until trigger breaks. measure volume of water used. 1L = 1kg = 2.2 pounds. i'm sure you can handle the math from hereon in?

BP7 - Great trick. Thanks for sharing; I hope that helps others as well.

Prproulx - Only trouble with using a scale is figuring out exactly where the break is.

Thanks again.
