I'm a lazy moron so if anyone could recommend a reputable website it would be appreciated. I looked around my dumb town today and could not find any.
Would anyone recommend a website where I can get 10/22 sling swivels?

I was faced with the same question myself not long ago.
The conclusion wasn't to bother with the factory stock. It has a ####ty but plate, the drop is too low and meant for irons, and the length of pull is too short. The barrel band is also silly and so is the lack of sling swivel studs.
Leave that factory stock back in 1960.
I picked up a nice Hogue stock for $69 and couldn't be happier.
It's designed for an adult, has a proper drop for scope use, adult sized length of pull, no barrel band and - yes - sling swivel studs.
Why try to shine up a turd? Just replace the stock.
